These terms govern use of Control Realms, a professional judgment platform operated by Prosperus Risk Consulting.
Professional Learning, Not Professional Advice
Control Realms presents fictional scenarios for professional judgment development. It does not provide legal, accounting, audit, compliance, investment, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee workplace, credential, or career outcomes.
Accounts And Acceptable Use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account. Do not probe restricted content, bypass entitlements, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, copy or redistribute protected scenarios, or use the platform unlawfully.
Content And Progress
Prosperus Risk Consulting and its licensors retain rights in the platform, scenarios, visuals, software, and brands. Your personal notes remain yours. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use released content according to your access level. We work to preserve progress but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Subscriptions And Pilots
Personal subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Pricing, cancellation, access after failed payment, and refunds are described in the linked policies. Team and classroom offerings are guided pilots governed by their written order or agreement in addition to these terms.
Suspension, Changes, And Liability
We may restrict access to protect users, the platform, or legal obligations. We may update the service and these terms prospectively. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Prosperus Risk Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
