Personal Access

Subscription & Cancellation

Personal subscriptions are currently available to customers in the United States. The free Prologue is available worldwide. Control Realms Personal Access is $12.99 USD/month plus applicable tax. There is no timed trial; complete Prologues are the free experience.

What The Subscription Includes

One active personal subscription unlocks every fully released Realm, including the eight paid Internal Audit chapters available at launch. In-development Realms do not expose a Prologue or paid content until their complete release passes review.

Recurring Payment

Stripe charges the payment method shown at checkout each month until cancellation. Applicable taxes may be calculated by Stripe. The checkout page shows the recurring price and obtains payment consent before purchase.

Cancel Or Update Payment

Signed-in subscribers can use Manage Subscription or Update Payment Method from the account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access and progress remain available through that date.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, Control Realms provides seven days of full-access grace while Stripe retries. After grace or subscription expiry, free Prologues remain playable, history and achievements remain visible, and paid scenarios become historical read-only. Resubscribing restores continuation without deleting progress.
