Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future charge; cancellation does not remove access during the period already paid.

Exceptions We Review

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, caused by a confirmed technical failure that prevented meaningful access, or otherwise requires review under applicable law. Include the account email, charge date, and a description, but never send full card details.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. A refund may end the corresponding paid access while achievements and historical progress remain preserved.

Please contact info@prosperusrisk.com first so we can investigate. This does not limit rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
